We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for any reason, including dissatisfaction, ordering error, or change of preference.

Coaching services and digital products are non-refundable once purchased or accessed.

Apparel and physical items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective physical product, please notify us at donna@donnalindsay.com within 3 business days of delivery. Be sure to include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if possible. We will review your case and determine an appropriate resolution.
Payment Disputes
Submitting a chargeback or payment dispute after agreeing to these terms may result in legal action. We strongly encourage open communication and will make every reasonable effort to address concerns within the scope of this policy.
